Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of assembly performance and increase of cost, while securing reduction effect for noise. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a junction box 202 which is electrically connected to a battery and a DC/DC converter and a bypass capacitor 250, which is electrically connected to the junction box 202 and installed adjacent to the junction box 202. A GND bus bar 256 of the bypass capacitor 250 has a rigidity sufficient for fixing the location of the bypass capacitor 250. When the GND bus bar 256 is connected to the junction box 202, it is electrically connected, and the location of the bypass capacitor 250 is fixed by the GND bus bar 256. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
