Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card system and an ID card preparing method, for further increasing characteristic points of a photographed face image. SOLUTION: A second camera 52 is disposed in a position different from a first camera 51. A controller 55 drives the first camera 51 and the second camera 52 to input an image, and acquires the face image of an applicant from the first camera 51 and the second camera 52. Photographing of the first camera 51 and photographing of the second camera 52 are simultaneously performed. The controller 55 performs identification by collating the face images acquired by the cameras 51, 52 with the previously photographed face images.
