HOT PLATE FOR MANUFACTURING COLOR FILTER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate for manufacturing a color filter with high yield, while avoiding the problems that influence the quality of the color filter, such as warpage of the substrate or unevenness due to pin trace by a heat drying process in the manufacture of a color filter. SOLUTION: A proximity pin is formed like a spindle by using a material having a low thermal conductivity, which reduces the contact point of the pin with a substrate and prevents temperature unevenness in the substrate. By raising and lowering the proximity pin during the process, the contact time between the substrate and the proximity pin of the hot plate is reduced, which can prevent the occurrence of problems that influence the quality of a color filter, such as warpage of the substrate or unevenness due to a pin trance caused by temperature unevenness of the substrate, with respect to all types of products, regardless of the size or the effective area of a color filter.
