DEHUMIDIFICATION AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification air conditioner capable of saving energy while improving dehumidification of a dehumidifying rotor. SOLUTION: In this dehumidification air conditioner 20 comprising the dehumidifying rotor 30 moving a moisture adsorption element 31 between a moisture adsorbing area 42 and a moisture releasing area 52, a dehumidification processing unit 40 dehumidifying the outside air by making the outside air pass through the moisture adsorbing area 42, and supplying the air into a shop 1, and a regeneration processing unit 50 making the moisture adsorption element 31 release the moisture by heating the outside air and making the outside air pass through the moisture releasing area 52, the dehumidification processing unit 40 comprises an outside air temperature detecting sensor 45 detecting the outside air temperature, a pre-dehumidification cooling means 41 cooling the air flowing toward the moisture adsorbing area 42, and a control portion 47 controlling the cooling by the pre-dehumidification cooling means according to the detected outside air temperature, on the basis of the pre-dehumidification cooling information 461 relating to the outside air temperature and a temperature of the air cooled by the pre-dehumidification cooling means.
