REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device for an air conditioner capable of optionally cleaning a filter at a proper period by monitoring filter cleaning from far, and controlling the filter cleaning from a remote place to the air conditioner having a filter cleaning function, and performing the control even when an air conditioner side does not have the filter cleaning control in a case when a filter cleaning means is additionally mounted after manufacturing. SOLUTION: This remote control device for the air conditioner comprises the air conditioner 11 composed of the filter cleaning means 13, a filter cleaning control means 102 and a communicating means 12, a remote control communication means 3, a filter cleaning remote switching means 4, a filter cleaning start timer means 5, and a filter cleaning remote control means 2. When the filter cleaning remote switching means 4 is set from a remote place, the filter cleaning remote control means 2 operates the filter cleaning means 102 by the filter cleaning start timer means 5.
