Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve which opens and closes the connection between a fluid on the primary side and a fluid on the secondary side by a seal member connected to a diaphragm, and which can control the vibration of the seal member. SOLUTION: The pressure regulating valve 1 is provided with a valve body 10, a valve seat 16, the diaphragm 21, and an energizing means 30. A concavity 18 is formed on the valve body 10, and the diaphragm 21, which is attached so that it covers the opening 18a of the concavity 18, is connected or interlocked to the seal member 26. Then the energizing means 30 energizes the diaphragm 21 to the concavity 18 side, and the seal member 26 opens and closes the connection 15. Then the pressure regulating valve 1 is provided with an elastic member, a first supporting part and a second supporting part. The first supporting part is provided on the movement part side of the energizing means 30 and is formed so that it is inclined relative to the surface which is perpendicular to the axis 01 of the energizing means 30. Then the second supporting part is provided on the valve body 10 side and is formed so that it is inclined relative to the surface which is perpendicular to the axis 01. The elastic member is provided with a vibration-control means 50 which is arranged between the first supporting part and the second supporting part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
