CAB MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab mounting structure of a work machine which can prevent water infiltration into a cab body and the rusting of the structure. SOLUTION: A cab 5 is mounted to a mount fitting section 3a of a chassis frame 3 via a vibration isolation mount device 4. Specifically in mounting the cab 5, a cab mounting base 6b that is a lower member of the cab body 6 formed of main structural members such as pillars and panels like boxes is overhung to the outside of a rear panel 6a, and connected to the mount device 4 built on the chassis frame 3 together with a cab floor slab 7 overhung in the same manner with a bolt 4b. Further the external end of the cab mounting base 6b is further overhung from the cab floor slab 7, a downward projective cover 11 is integrally molded with the outer edge of the cab mounting base 6b, and a cavity 12 is secured between the projective cover 11 and the external end face of the cab floor slab 7.
