Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which can readily improve the quality of an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier by efficiently utilizing a flux of light from light emitting elements, appropriately reserving the distances between convex lenses and the image carrier, and reducing the influence caused by the eccentricity of the image carrier. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device 10 has a light emitting panel 12 which has a plurality of light emitting elements and a micro-lens array 16 which keeps a plurality of convex lenses 18 respectively opposed to the light emitting elements for deflecting the light emitted from the corresponding light emitting elements disposed to integrate the convex lenses 18. The curvature radius R1 of the convex lens 18 in the light emitting panel 12 side is equal to or more than the curvature radius R2 of the convex lens 18 in the opposite side of the light emitting panel 12.
