METHOD FOR PROCESSING PYROLYSIS GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a pyrolysis gas that processes a pyrolysis exhaust gas of an organic waste such as sewage sludge. SOLUTION: An alkali agent slurry of high temperature as it stands is supplied into an exhaust gas discharged from a furnace. Next, an obtained product is removed and processed with a high temperature ceramic filter 1. Thereafter, the exhaust gas discharged from the filter 1 is introduced into a washing tower 2 and is washed with an alkali washing water containing a cobalt compound. Next, a part of the washing water is circulated into the tower 2 while the washing water is deaerated in a circulating tank 3. Meanwhile, the effluent from the tank 3 is introduced into an oxidizing tower 4 and is ozonated with a catalyst. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
