Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror driving mechanism capable of reducing power consumption and an imaging device equipped with the mirror driving mechanism. SOLUTION: The mirror driving mechanism is equipped with a mirror 21 light enters, a mirror supporting part 22 which supports the mirror 21 and moves with the mirror 21, a magnet 24 which is provided on the mirror supporting part 22 or is provided to face the mirror supporting part 22 to generate a magnetic field, a coil 25 which is provided to face the mirror supporting part 22 or is provided on the mirror supporting part 22 to generate the magnetic field by making the coil 25 carry a current and relatively moves the mirror supporting part 22 by the magnetic force between the magnet 24 and the coil 25, and a control means which controls the current carried by the coil 25 to move the mirror supporting part 22.
