Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for introducing substance into the target cell, by particle-mediated delivery in the field of delivering particles. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for deposition of particles into a length of tubing having longitudinal axis and a cured inner surface by a process which includes (a) a process preparing a uniform suspension of particles coated with biological substances in an evaporable liquid, (b) a process rotating the tubing centering the longitudinal axis in a first rotating speed, (c) a process introducing the suspension of the particles into the tubing while rotating the tubing in the first speed, (d) a process rotating the tubing to separate the particles from the evaporable liquid in a centrifugal separation method and dispersing the particles on the inner surface of the tubing, and (e) a process rotating the tubing and a gas is passed through the tubing to dry the particles that have been dispersed against the inner surface of the tubing.
