SOLUTION: A configuration has an imaging means 11 for imaging an object, a communication means 14 for sending the image captured based on accesses from a client system 80 to the client system 80 at a given interval, and a control means 15 for making the communication means 14 to send the image with changed brightness before the given interval passes if a direction to change the brightness of the image to be captured has been submitted from the client system 80 before the given interval ends.
