Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a new bus arbitration method capable of shortening a mean permission waiting time as a whole multi-system. SOLUTION: This multi-system is provided with: a plurality of processors 11-0, 1, 2 and 3; a shared resource 14 to be accessed by the plurality of processors; a shared path 13; and a shared path arbitration circuit 12 for controlling the assignment of the shared path to the plurality of processors. Each processor is provided with an access request destination reading unit 29 for counting access request frequency to the shared resource 14 in processing whose execution is scheduled, and for outputting an access request frequency signal Ni. When assignment to the shared path is requested from the plurality of processors, the shared path arbitration circuit 12 assigns the shared path to the processor whose access request frequency is small.
