ACCOUNT TRANSFER SYSTEM AND ATM DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account transfer system and an ATM device capable of restricting dubious transfers, informing a recipient of normal transfers, and allowing a payer to designate the time when the recipient can withdraw the money transferred. SOLUTION: The account transfer system comprises a storage part connected to a payer's system via a communication network for storing in association an account number that specifies an account, an amount expected to be transferred to the account, and the balance of the account; a means for receiving from the payer's system the account number that specifies a destination account and the amount transferred to the account; a means for comparing the received amount transferred with the amount expected to be transferred that is stored in the storage part in association with the account number; and a means for updating the balance of the account when the amount transferred is equal to the amount expected to be transferred, by adding the received amount transferred to the balance of the account stored in the storage part in association with the account number received.
