Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which avoids difficulty of viewing an image due to image division generated at a join of a display section. SOLUTION: A display section 101 displays an image and so on, and comprises a plurality of mutually independent display units. An acceleration detection section 102 detects the movement of a display device 100 on an XY plane and generates acceleration data based upon the movement of the display device 100. A storage section 104 stores image data to be displayed at the display section 101, voice data to be output from an voice output section 103, various content data, etc. A control section 108 operates, based on a control program stored in the storage section 104 to control the whole display device 100. The control section 108 also has an arithmetic function of calculating the quantity of movement of the display device 100 from the acceleration data generated by the acceleration detection section 102.
