Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically functional sheet capable of reducing light emitted from the front direction at a deep angle and of improving brightness of the front direction. SOLUTION: In the optically functional sheet having a plurality of parallel prism parts of substantially triangular cross-section on a half surface thereof, a first prism part 22 and a second prism part 24 which have heights of apexes different from each other are disposed. Therein, the apex angle R of the first prism part 22 having a higher height of the apex is made to be larger than the apex angle T of the second prism part 24 having a lower height of the apex.
