Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device for a gas turbine engine, and especially, a wall element used in a wall structure of a combustion device for a gas turbine engine. SOLUTION: The wall element of the double wall combustion device of the gas turbine engine is equipped with an inner surface which becomes a high temperature surface during use, and an outer surface which becomes a low temperature surface during use. A plurality of projections are provided on the outer surface to promote thermal transmission to a cooling fluid flow. The projections are arranged in a second pattern higher in density than a pattern of a first density so that a cooling effect is increased. The high-density pattern is arranged in a position abutting a high temperature region of a tile than the low-density pattern, and thereby, the temperature gradient over the entire wall element can be reduced.
