HYDRAULIC TURBINE RUNNER AND HYDRAULIC TURBINE RUNNER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic turbine runner and a hydraulic turbine runner system capable of preventing cavitation damage of a runner vane by inhibiting cavitation near a negative pressure surface of the runner vane. SOLUTION: The hydraulic turbine runner 6 is provided with a hollow runner boss 6b attached on an inner cylinder 4, and a plurality of runner vanes 6a fixed on the runner boss 6b and receiving flow in a channel. Air supply holes 14a are provided on a water flow surface excluding rotary direction tail end part of each runner vane 6a. An air supply path 14 of which both ends communicate with the air supply hole 14a and an inner space 6c of the runner boss 6b are provided inside of each runner vane 6a. Air outside of a casing 3 is sent to the inner space of the runner boss 6b and air in the inner space of the runner boss 6b is sent on the water flow surface of each runner vane 6a from the air supply holes 14a via the air supply path 14.
