Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a grip fixed to a lower door being located at an upper position which is not in reach because of the overlapping of the lower door and an upper door when a folding door is fully opened and the problem of jumping to grasp the grip located at a high position or bringing a footstool and stepping on it to grasp the grip or the like when closing the opened folding door and requiring strong force for the opening and closing of the folding door in furniture mounted with a conventional metallic fixture for the folding door. SOLUTION: An arm 2 which is longer than the longitudinal width of the upper door and is shorter than the total width of the upper door and the lower door is rotatably mounted between a basic body 1 fixed to the side plate of furniture and an arm holding body 3 fixed to the lower door of the folding door in the metallic fixture for the folding door, and a tension spring 18 is fitted to upper part of the arm mounted on the basic body as shown in Fig.3.
