Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structure which is proof against damage of tile members as a surface finishing material even if an external force of an earthquake or the like is applied thereto, and maintains good appearance and design over a long period of time, and to provide an outer wall panel, and an outer wall construction method. SOLUTION: The outer wall structure faces to the outdoors of a construction, and it is formed of: an outer wall substrate 50 which is arranged on the outside of an outer wall, crosspieces 52 arranged on and bonded to an outer surface of the outer wall substrate 50 like a lattice; and the tile members 10 covering an outer surface of the outer wall substrate 50 via the crosspieces 52, and bonded to the crosspieces 52.
