Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily skin cleanser excellent in cleansing effect for cleansing a cosmetic material excellent in water resistance, able to be washed out by water after cleansing and reduced in an amount of a surfactant used for suppressing stimulation to the eyes, the skin and the like. SOLUTION: The oily skin cleanser is prepared by blending following components (a)-(d): (a) a liquid higher alcohol, 1-3 mass% (b) a nonionic surfactant having 5-16 HLB and a polyoxyethylene chain,(c) a polyglyceryl diisostearate and/or a polyglyceryl triisosterarate and (d) a liquid hydrocarbon oil. Further, the component (a) is octyldodecanol, jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) alcohol and the like, the component (b) is 1-2 species selected from polyoxyethylene sorbitol tetraoleates and polyoxyethylene glyceryl triisostearates and the component (c) has 10-200 hydroxyl value.
