SLING DEVICE FOR CONVEYING LONG MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sling device for conveying a long material having excellent working efficiency in lifting up the long material tilted in the longitudinal direction and lifting down it on a sloped place, reduced in size and weight, and manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: This sling device 10 for conveying the long material comprises a suspending beam 11, crane hooking pins 14, 15 disposed at both side upper parts of the suspending beam 11, and slings 18, 19 suspended to both sides of the suspending beam 11. In the sling device 10, the crane hooking pin 15 is fixed to the suspending beam 11 through a pin position adjusting means 20. Each of the slings 18, 19 comprises lower suspending frames 23, 24 horizontally slewably mounted on the suspending beam 11 through intermediate frames 21, 22, fixing members 25, 26 suspended to one sides of the lower suspending frames 23, 24 and horizontally holding fork members 16, 17, and support units 27, 28 installed on the other sides of the lower suspending frames 23, 24 and removably supporting the ends of the fork members 16, 17.
