Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inverted extraction and its method which enable a reduction of operator's work. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 is equipped with a basket 3 having an upper surface opening 2, a suction means 5 for generating a negative pressure at a suction port 4 opened on the inside of the basket 3, an inversion driving means 7 for rotating the basket 3 around the rotating shaft 6, an injection means 8 capable of appropriately injecting a compressed air, and an empty bag discharge means 9 detachably connected to a bottom part 30 of the basket 3. The injection means 8 assists an article to drop from a plastic bag 10. The empty bag discharge means 9 can discharge the empty plastic bag 10 from the basket 3 without depending on man-power.
