Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin pipe excellent in strength. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced synthetic resin pipe has a plurality of fiber-reinforced resin layers, which have a cylindrical shape, are formed using fibers and a synthetic resin infiltrated in the fibers and laminated in the peripheral direction of the cylindrical shape, and has laterally wound fiber layers, which are formed using the continuous fibers spirally wound along the cylindrical shape and the synthetic resin infiltrated in the fibers, as the fiber-reinforced resin layers. The laterally wound fiber layers are composed of two layers spaced apart from each other on the inner and outer peripheral sides of the fiber-reinforced synthetic resin pipe. Two laterally wound fiber layers are low angle laterally wound fiber layers wherein the fibers are wound at a low angle of 10° or below and characterized in that at least one fiber-reinforced resin layer other than the low angle laterally wound fiber layers is provided between the low angle laterally wound fiber layer on the inner peripheral side and the low angle laterally wound fiber layer on the outer peripheral side.
