Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens processing device capable of making a groove with a constant width even with various curves of a grooving track and various groove positions, making a locking force against a high tension thread constant, and stably holding a lens. SOLUTION: A processing means turning mechanism is provided. Groove processing means 13 is turned in a horizontal plane (XZ plane) in parallel to a lens rotary shaft 11(X) by the turning mechanism in a manner that the direction of a cutter 24 matches a curve 60 of a groove to be formed on a cover face 10a of a processed lens 10. The groove processing means 13 turns in both of an axial line direction (X) of a lens rotary shaft 11 and a direction (Y) perpendicular to an axial line while moving in an orthogonal direction (Z). A turning angle θ of the groove processing means 13 is different depending on dimension (lens dioptric power, ball-like shape) of the processed lens 10 and the groove curve 60.
