Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible base material satisfying compression strength, which is effective as a tube to be an artificial biomaterial. SOLUTION: A bellows-like cylindrical body is composed of aliphatic polyester fibers whose average fiber diameter is 0.05 to 50 μm and is provided with peak parts and dent parts continued in an axial direction. The basis weight of the cylindrical body is >50 to 200 g/m2, a film thickness is 0.05 to 1 mm, an outer diameter is 0.5 to 50 mm, the interval of bellows is ≤2 mm, and the depth of the bellows is 0.01 to 10 mm.
