Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footplate so improved that an operator can safely get on and off, which footplate is set at a lower position than the floor surface of an operating part. SOLUTION: A footplate 26 is set at the outside lower part of an operating frame 23 forming a floor surface 22 of an operating part 16, an upper surface 29a of a machine frame 13 supporting the operating frame 23 is formed as a part of the footplate 26, and constituent elements 27, 28, 29a of the footplate 26 is positioned so as to make the machine inside is lower than the machine outside when viewed from the front of the machine.
