FIXED PATTERN NOISE CANCELING DEVICE, SOLID-STATE IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND FIXED PATTERN NOISE CANCELLATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed pattern noise canceling device by which fixed pattern noise components resulting from dark current are effectively canceled irrespective of temperature of a solid-state image sensing device. SOLUTION: The fixed pattern noise canceling device 4 cancels the fixed pattern noise components resulting from the dark current from an output signal of an effective pixel of the solid-state image sensing device 2 in imaging by using first dark current calculated based on a preliminarily acquired output signal of a light shielding pixel of the solid-state image sensing device 2 and stored in a compensation data storage part 6, second dark current calculated based on the preliminarily acquired output signal of the effective pixel of the solid-state image sensing device 2 at a state that there is no incident light and stored in the compensation data storage part 6 and third dark current calculated based on the output signal of shading pixel of the solid-state imaging device 2 in the imaging.
