Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform MP2P (Multipoint to point) merge at a part sharing a transfer path while holding TE (Traffic Engineering) performance of an MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching). SOLUTION: An entrance TE LSR (Label Switch Router) has a means for attaching an MERGE object to a Path message to transmit the Path message, and a TE LSR receiving the Path message has a merge setting request determining means for determining whether or not the Path message is a merge setting request referring to a database on the basis of the MERGE object included in the Path message, a merge path setting means for merging a plurality of TE LSPs as an MP2P TE LSP to prepare a Path message by setting the same MPLS transfer label in a shared path sharing paths on paths on which the plurality of TE LSPs reach the same exit LSR the Path message is the merge setting request, and a message transferring means for transferring the prepared Path message.
