Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit device forming a pancake in which even when a magnetic tape is wound around a cassette at high speed, the winding disorder and deviation of the magnetic tape do not occur. SOLUTION: The winding device is provided with: a magnetic tape cutting part cutting a magnetic tape original sheet into a prescribed width; a touch roll having a rotatable cylindrical shape and coming in press-contact with the magnetic tape cut by the magnetic tape cutting part; and a hub winding the magnetic tape in press-contact with the touch roll, wherein the touch roll comprises a rotational shaft 4a and a pressing roll 3a formed on the side surface of the rotational shaft 4a, and is formed with first and second regions 21a and 22a having hardness different from each other in a direction vertical to a rotational surface.
