Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the attaching precision of a polarized beam splitter and resistance in environmental testing. SOLUTION: A circular through-hole 9 opened in the center of a first reference surface 5 is disposed to penetrate a slide base 3, and an annular groove 10 is formed in the outer peripheral edge of the first reference surface 5. Accordingly, a mounting base 11 is left inside the annular groove 10, the first reference surface 5 on the mounting base 11 is set smaller in area than the bottom surface of the polarized beam splitter. A corner groove 12 is formed between second and third reference surfaces 6 and 7, the bottom surface (c) and both side faces (a) and (b) of the polarized beam splitter PBS abut on the first to third reference surfaces 5 to 7, an ultraviolet curable adhesive UV is applied in the through-hole 9, and ultraviolet rays are emitted to cure the ultraviolet curable adhesive UV.
