SOLUTION: A screen of the Web page is displayed by a portable telephone, a memorandum inputted by a user to the displayed Web page is accepted (S113 and S114), the received memorandum and a URL of the Web page are transmitted to a server (S115), and the memorandum and the URL received from the portable telephone are stored in association with each other by the server (S213 to 215). The URL of the Web page is transmitted to the server by the portable telephone (S213), it is determined by the server whether or not the URL received from the portable telephone is stored (S222 and 223), the memorandum stored in association with the URL is sent back to the sender portable telephone on the condition that the URL is stored (S224 and 225), and the memorandum is displayed together with the screen of the Web page by the portable telephone when the memorandum is sent back from the server (S125).
