Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when selecting the optimum route from among a plurality of routes. SOLUTION: Past traveling routes R1-R3 from a starting place to a destination are stored beforehand; and when acquiring a new starting place (spot A) and a new destination (spot B), the past traveling routes R1-R3, corresponding to the new destination (spot B) from the new starting place (spot A), are retrieved. When the plurality of retrieved past traveling routes R1-R3 exist, sections (route branch sections) C2-C6 where the route is branched and some route is required to be selected are extracted in the plurality of past traveling routes R1-R3 from the starting place to the destination, and the route branch sections C2-C6, extracted based on a road map, are displayed.
