SOLUTION: The occupant weight measuring unit comprises a load sensor 19 for measuring a load in accordance with the weight of an occupant seated on a seat and load transmitting members (an arm 12 and a cover 14) for receiving the load in accordance with the weight of the occupant at a position between a support 13 and a load transmitting part 12a spaced apart from the support 13 by a predetermined distance and transmitting the load to the load sensor 19 from the load transmitting part 12a.
