BLOCKING CARRYING-IN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a blocking carrying-in device capable of reducing work by an operator and preventing intrusion of dust into a clean room. SOLUTION: This blocking carrying-in device 4 comprises an introduction housing 7 having an outer inlet 5 outside of the clean room 1 and an inner inlet 6 in the clean room 1, an outer shutter 8 for opening and closing the outer inlet 5, an inner shutter 9 for opening and closing the inner inlet 6, an operation arm 11 provided with a hanging means 10 at its tip to detachably hang a carried object 2, and a carrying means 12 for supplying the carried object 2 one by one to the neighborhood of the outer inlet 5. According to this blocking carrying-in device 4, the carried object 2 received in a case body 3 outside of the clean room 1 can be lifted up from the case body 3 and carried into the clean room 1.
