SOLUTION: A mounting angle θ of the diaphragm spring 30 can be calculated based of a stroke amount detected by a stroke sensor 76, and a release increased load ΔF generated by centrifugal force applied to the diaphragm spring 30 can be calculated based on the mounting angle θ of the diaphragm spring 30 and an angular velocity ω of the diaphragm spring 30 detected by a rotational speed sensor 77.
