SOLUTION: The elastic paving material contains rubber chips and/or rubber powder, aggregate and a urethane binder. The aggregate with the grain size within a range of ±50% of the average grain size of rubber chips and/or rubber powder is included at 5 vol% or more, or the average grain diameter of the rubber chips and/or rubber powder is within a range of ±70% of the average grain size of the aggregate.
