SOLUTION: The resin composition is mainly composed of 1-99 wt.% of (A) a polyepichlorohydrin polymer (provided that an epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide copolymer and an epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether terpolymer are excluded) and 99-1 wt.% of (B) a cellulose derivative [provided that (A)+(B)=100 wt.%].
