Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fat cells such as visceral fat, etc., and also the amount of fat tissue by using a natural material considered to have less adverse effects and to be safe. SOLUTION: This fat cell-reducing agent is provided by containing yellow orange-colored algae bodies among fine algae belonging to the genus Dunaliella of Volvocales of Chlorophyceae, or an extract obtained from the algae bodies. Thereby, it becomes possible to reduce the fat cells such as the visceral fat, etc., and also the amount of the fat tissue by using the safe natural material having less adverse effects.
