Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic fertilizer whose quality variation is suppressed by fermenting raw materials for the organic fertilizer with microorganisms. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the organic fertilizer by fermenting the raw materials for the organic fertilizer with microorganisms, at first wood chips including returned chips and the raw materials for the organic fertilizer are mixed (S10), obtained mixture is fermented at a macro level (S20), the mixture is sieved to the returned chips and a sieve-passed matter (S30), fermentation progress is judged by the cross sectional observation of an accumulated sieve-passed matter (S40) and furthermore the organic fertilizer is obtained by fermenting and aging the sieve-passed matter at a macro level (S50).
