SOLUTION: The ant-controlling device is based on paying attention of the fact that the eating action of ant living outdoors declines on the ground surface higher in temperature than underground. Thus, this device is so designed as to provide a space S under a bait agent container 5 so that the temperature of the bait agent container 5 come close to the temperature of underground where ant lives and also set up a bottom plate 3a blocking radiant heat emitted from the ground surface.
