KEY TELEPHONE SET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone set wherein a user confirms an opposite party to which the user makes a phone call on a monitor screen and designates the person on the screen so that the user can make an extension call to the person. SOLUTION: The key telephone set 10 is connected to a camera terminal 60 and a touch panel monitor attached terminal 30. A control section 106 displays a video image photographed by the camera terminal on the monitor screen of the touch panel monitor attached terminal. When the person in the displayed video image is designated by the terminal, the control section starts a face authentication section 109. The face authentication section recognizes the face of the designated person, and searches an image associated information file section 108 to read a telephone number associated with the recognized face.
