Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of sufficiently preventing a flooding phenomenon and of stably driving by a simpler structure in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: This is provided with an upstream side branching part 21 which is installed on the upstream side of a cathode side gas flow passage and which is in order to branch a gas flow into 2 or more of the flow passages 24, 26, and a first downstream side branching part 22 and a second downstream side branching part 23 which are installed at the flow passages 24, 26 which are on a downstream side of the upstream side branching part 21 and which are branched at the upstream side branching part 21 and which are in order to branch the gas flow branched at the upstream side branching part 21 further into 2 or more of courses. The flow passages 25, 27 to become feedback courses to be connected to the upstream side branching part 21 and furthermore the flow passages 28. 29 extending on the downstream side are included in the flow passages which have been branched at the downstream side branching part.
