SIGNAL MONITOR CIRCUIT AND SIGNAL MONITOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight and portable signal monitor circuit of simple circuit constitution that can easily specify a signal input to an electric circuit and the frequency thereof when needed and also to provide a signal monitor device which has the signal monitor circuit inside, without an external power source. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the signal monitor circuit including a detecting circuit which detects an object to be monitor having voltage variation in such a case, an output circuit, and a self-holding circuit which enters a self-holding state on receiving a detection result from the detecting circuit to continuously supply electric power to the output circuit and also resets the self-holding state on receiving a reset signal to restore it; and the signal monitor device in which the circuit is incorporated.
