Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a momentary light spectrum in measuring the spectrum of measuring light repetitively generated in a cycle of one frame. SOLUTION: This light spectrum analyzer is characterized by being equipped with: an optical part 130 spectrally diffracting and wavelength-sweeping the measuring light inputted thereinto, and converting it into an electric signal to output it; a control part 101 for controlling the wavelength-sweeping of the optical part to output sampling clocks of a cycle deviating from the repetition cycle of the light for each of wavelengths of the wavelength sweeping; and a measurement part 140 for sequence-sampling the electric signal from the optical part for each of the sampling clocks.
