Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiltmeter capable of reducing the number of transmission cables to be laid even in the case that simultaneous measurement over a wide area, extending a transmission maximum distance, and being constituted at inexpensive costs by constituting the tiltmeter of an FBG system (fiber grating system) optical fiber sensor. SOLUTION: The tiltmeter comprises both a measuring part and a fixture. The measuring part is provided with a casing; a weight holding member fixed to a ceiling surface inside the casing and having flexibility; a weight; a first fiber grating part installed on an outer circumferential surface of the weight holding member toward the direction of the axis of the weight holding member; at least one second fiber grating part installed toward the direction of the axis of the weight holding member; and an optical fiber for transmission for transmitting measurement signals from the first fiber grating part and the second fiber grating part.
