Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument device which improves assembly workability between an instrument housing of the instrument device and an undercover and performs stable assembly. SOLUTION: Since the instrument device in which both a circumferential surface part of the instrument housing 1 and a rear part of the instrument housing 1 are covered with the undercover 12 is provided with positioning ribs 13 formed in such a way as to be protruding at appropriate locations of an inner circumferential surface of the undercover 12 and positioning guide wall parts 15 at outer circumferential surface parts of the instrument housing 1 correspondingly to the locations of arrangement of the positioning ribs 13. When the instrument housing 1 and the undercover 12 are filled by assembling, the positioning ribs 13 provided for the undercover 12 are assembled, as being guided, along the positioning guide wall parts 15 provided for the outer circumferential parts of the instrument housing 1, and it is possible to easily set the positioning ribs 13 to prescribed positions with satisfactory assembly workability.
