Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reducer case structure for a reduction mechanism having improved sealing performance and assembling efficiency while being improved in the rigidity of cases and reducing gear noise caused by case film surface vibration. SOLUTION: The reducer case structure comprises a first reducer case having a first mounting flange formed on the outer periphery, a second reducer case having a second mounting flange formed on the outer periphery, the first and second reducer cases storing the reduction mechanism inside and joined to each other via the first and second mounting flanges. At the approximate center of the first reducer case, a first boss recessed inside is provided with a screw hole. At the approximate center of the second reducer case, a second boss portion aligned with the first boss portion is provided with a bolt passing hole. In the screw hole and the bolt passing hole of the first and second boss portions, hollow positioning pins are provided for boss packing into which a bolt is inserted, respectively.
