Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel board, particularly a building board, having a high commercial value in spite of being comparatively low in cost. SOLUTION: This board comprises a base layer, a decorative layer provided on the surface of the base layer, and a protective sheet stuck to the surface of the decorative layer. The decorative layer is formed by solidifying a layer of a kneaded material of the curable composition formed in a slurry state, and an image formed on the inner surface of the protective sheet is transferred to the surface of the kneaded material layer and fixed to the surface of the decorative layer by the solidification of the kneaded material layer.
