Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out an article from a case and a case opening device capable of reducing a burden of an operator by automating a series of steps of opening a case body through taking out the article, and to provide an automatic unpacking/conveying-in device capable of preventing the dust or the like from being scattered around when dust is removed from a plastic bag, and keeping a clean room in a clean state by reducing the frequency of comings and goings of the operator. SOLUTION: The case opening device 6 is installed outside a clean room, opens a top surface of the case body 1 and pulls out a mouth portion of the plastic bag 2 from the top surface of the case body 1.
